II. Terms & Conditions of Use
1. To process Your cleaning products/supplies order, we require Your name, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address. This information is used for record purposes only.

2. When You visit this web site, Our web server automatically recognises only the Your IP address, but not Your email address. We use Your IP address for technological purposes only.

3. The information We collect may be used to improve the content of Our web pages, or to customise the content and/or layout of our web pages for each individual visitor.

III. Conditions of sale
1. All orders and contracts are accepted by A.1.Services (southern) Ltd, subject to force majeure without engagement regarding delivery and subject to prices ruling at the time of despatch. Force majeure shall include acts of god. Riots explosion, war, fire, flood, storms, lock-outs , strikes,national or local legislation or regulation, the service of proceedings alleging the infringement of third party patent rights, accident breakdown of plant or machinery, and shortage of materials.

2. For business customers, these conditions shall apply to all contracts for sale of goods by us to you, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions which you may endorse, or purport to apply, on your purchase order or similar document. However nothing in these terms and conditions affects your rights as a consumer.

3. All prices shown on this web site, exclude VAT which will be added at the prevailing rate. Any delivery charges will also be liable to VAT at the prevailing rate. We reserve the right to modify any prices or charges as necessary. Payment of any goods ordered must be made prior to despatch by cash, cheque, credit or debit card, except in the case of business customers with approved credit accounts.

4. Delivery shall normally be effected within 24 hours, but delivery dates given in good faith are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (whether direct or consequential) due to failure by us to deliver goods (or any part of an order) promptly or at all, whether such failure is caused by our negligence or otherwise.

5. Deliveries will be between 8am and 5pm on weekdays only. An additional charge will be levied for deliveries we agree to make outside of these hours. You should make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods when they arrive including provision of labour to assist unloading if required. We will deliver as near as possible to the address specified, subject to a satisfactory roadway as determined by our delivery driver.

6. Upon delivery, the customer should inspect the goods at the time and place of unloading and ascertain that they are in accordance with their order. These conditions do not require you to break seals or packaging intended to remain with the product. You must give us notice within 3 working days of any short deliveries, or incorrect products, otherwise you will be deemed to have accepted the goods as delivered.

7. We can offer no guarantee that goods supplied are suitable for any particular purpose, even if we were aware of such purpose prior to despatch. We do however guarantee that goods will be of a satisfactory quality, or we will replace them.
